Department of Family and Childrens Services, Calhoun County
Sheriffs Dept, Board of Education, Calhoun County Agent, Tax
Commissioner and Appraiser, Calhoun County Fire Department,
Superior Court, Magistrate, Probate, Small Claims, and State
Probation Office. Morgan also is the location of 24/7
EMS Ambulance Service.
Annual Harvest Festival
Morgan
is also home to the annual Calhoun County Harvest Festival
which is held the first Saturday in November. Established
in 1992 as a celebration for all farmers successfully harvesting
crops in the county, it has become a premier event in Calhoun
County attracting vendors from all over the state. Many vendors
come to Morgan, Georgia to display their wares, arts &
crafts for the citizens of Calhoun County and all surrounding
